These terms apply to all purchases made on the Island Picks website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation by our team by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot confirm the order with you.

Prices

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured. Wholesale prices apply to approved bulk orders only.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery island-wide. For wholesale orders, payment terms are confirmed in your quotation.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays. Please see our Delivery & Payment page for details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
