Delivery & Payment Information
When will my order ship?
Once you place an order, our team confirms it with you by phone or WhatsApp. Confirmed orders are packed securely and handed to our delivery partner, usually within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver island-wide for a flat rate, and delivery is free on larger orders. For bulky items and wholesale orders we will confirm the delivery charge with you before dispatch, so there are never any surprises.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after confirmation, depending on your location. Deliveries to Colombo and Gampaha districts are usually the fastest. We will keep you updated if there is any delay.
Payment & tracking
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available island-wide — simply pay the delivery rider in cash when your order arrives. After dispatch we share your tracking details, and you can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page or by calling or WhatsApping 071 777 6010.
